Please note this is not an official operation with anybody legally. This is still in the very first stages of life.
The Kelutral Operation is basically the preservation of electricity and forests. Once this is actually up and running and this actually works, we will be having real-life meetings (Locally if you are around us...) and discussing passing new laws for energy conservation and forestry conservation. But...to really make this work, (Just a far-fetched idea) we should try to at least contact James Cameron and get him to work with us.
